About this Simulation

This interactive rocket model allows learners to observe and analyse the physics of rocket motion in real-time. By adjusting fuel mass, burn rate, and cross-sectional area, students can explore how these variables affect thrust, acceleration, and velocity. The simulation dynamically displays the rocket's speed and fuel consumption throughout flight.

Learning objectives: Understand how fuel mass and burn rate influence rocket thrust and acceleration | Apply Newton's second law to predict changes in rocket velocity | Analyse the relationship between mass change and momentum conservation during powered flight
