Light Transmission and Scattering Through Materials

What to Explore

Transmission: how much light passes through the material.

How to Use the Simulation

Choose an image from the drop-down menu.
Drag the circular lens over different parts of the image.
Adjust the Transmission slider to control how much light gets through.
