About this Simulation

This simulation allows students to investigate electric fields by placing positive and negative charges near boundary walls. Learners can visualise field lines, vector fields, and electric potential in both 2D and 3D formats, exploring how charges interact with each other and with physical boundaries in real time.

Learning objectives: Understand how electric fields are generated by charged particles and vary in space | Analyse the effects of charge polarity and boundary conditions on field configuration | Interpret visual representations of electric potential and field vectors in electrostatic systems
